Kelso's Choice!
We are trying to encourage our students to be self-advocates for their relationships with their peers. We have been following the Kelso's choice program which encourages the students to identify whether their problem is a small one or large one. If it is a small one they try to follow 2-3 of Kelso's choices before seeking help from an adult. If it is a large problem they are encouraged to come to an adult they trust to help them work out the program.
